Ratan Saha, President of the Exhibition Section of EIMPA, in a letter written earlier to West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, said that at present, the audience is not coming in large numbers to the theatres. According to the letter, “However, ‘The Kerala Story’ has brought some relief to the hall owners and the screening of the film has been successful during the three days. Therefore, I request you to make arrangements for the screening of the film in the state in the interest of cinema.”
